Shipping & Returns
We offer 2 shipping methods in Canada, Expedited and Priority, and 3 to the United States, Expedited, ExpressPost, and Priority. Rates are as follows:
Expedited (4 days): $15
Priority (1 day): $50
Expedited (6 days): $25
ExpressPost (4 days): $45
Priority (1 day): $125
*Although we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 days for processing your order on top of the shipping time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping rates through our web-store. For international shipping please contact us at email@example.com with a list of the goods you would like to purchase and your full shipping address and we can send you a total for the shipping amount and a link to pay through PayPal.
Please allow between 24-72 business hours for order processing. Please note business hours do not include weekends. Orders are not final until shipped. Sadly, sometimes items may be out of stock and we apologize ahead of time if we cannot fulfill your full order. If an item is unavailable we will authorize a return within 24-72 hours from order placement.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and the item will have to be returned by the customer at the customer’s expense.
Our family understands that life can't always be perfect and that sometimes things don't work out the way you planned. We want you to LOVE every piece you add to your closet, but... if for some reason you're not "feeling it" we are happy to help you find something else that's more your style.
We don't actually have a return policy; we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective to satisfy you - our customer. At Coda & Cade we are happy to offer full returns for online orders and in-store purchases for most cases, with no restocking fee.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items must be returned with all original tags attached and are subject to inspection upon return.
To return an item, simply email us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for return. We will promptly email you back with instructions on how to return your item(s).
All returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process a refund once delivered back to our store. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsalable or not in original condition may be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns will be credited onto the original method of payment.
Coda & Cade does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return and exchange costs are at the customer’s expense.
Unfortunately at this time our online store is not able to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or a different product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the new item, colour or size you would like to exchange for. We will hold the new item(s) until the original item has been returned. Once the original item has arrived we will ship out the new item(s).
If you are lucky enough to live in Regina, Saskatchewan you may return or exchange your online purchases in store between regular store hours. We are open Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 9:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm - 9:00pm.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned with all original tags attached and are subject to inspection upon return. You must have a copy of the original receipt or the transaction must be saved under your Customer Profile to receive a refund, otherwise we can offer an exchange or store credit.
For your safety, any debit/credit refunds should be done on the original card used to make the purchase. We do understand this is not always a possibility and may need to confirm the sale in some way for the safety of your money.
No returns or exchanges on Black Friday or Boxing Day please!
